These super fun Stampeding Lacy black and red garters are the must have accessory for the 2009 Calgary Stampede! They are black satin-like fabric with red ruffles on top and bottom and a nice lacy trim. Attached to the garter is a leather-look black re-closable holster that holds the cutest little gun you've ever seen!

They are garters, and are a great fit for most thighs ... but we have found that they look great on a guys arm over his stampede cowboy shirt and fit around a lot of Cowboy hats too!
